I've been successfully coaching individuals and teams since 2002. My main focus is helping private individuals achieve a more balanced life and small business owners work more effectively whilst still having a life outside of work.
I help people feel more confident about themselves, feel more motivated to make changes to their lives and live how they want to live.
Clients have included senior and middle managers from the public sector, directors and partners from professional companies such as accountants and medical practitioners. Private clients include working on developing confidence to speak in public, overcoming negative and unhelpful beliefs that are holding them back, to helping people tap into their resources to achieve longer term goals and outcomes.
I work face to face with clients either on their business premises, if appropriate, or my own consulting rooms. This can be combined with telephone, email or skype sessions. I also coach using these methods alone without face to face sessions.
The number of sessions someone may need varies. Often 9-12 hours of coaching is helpful to allow change to happen. Sometimes people may need more or less depending on what we are focusing on. Clients often work with me on many different issues over a number of years to achieve what they want to achieve.
Coaching helps people keep on track and focused on what they want to be, do or have in their life.
