Hi. My name is Anne and I am a Buckinghamshire based Personal Wellbeing Coach, helping people lead happier and healthier lives through affordable coaching.
What is wellbeing?
Wellbeing is about health, happiness, feeling fulfilled and functioning well. I am passionate about helping people achieve a greater sense of wellbeing in their lives through affordable coaching. Together we can explore and discover the life that you really want and help you:

Navigating life transitions

I can support you on the journey, helping you prepare for, navigate and thrive as you transition through change, stepping out of your comfort zone into new adventures.
The middle years
This stage of life can be especially tricky to navigate sometimes. Are you facing change? A loss of self confidence? Would you like a healthier lifestyle? Or are you feeling that life just hasn't quite turned out how you would have liked it to? Well the good news is that you can change things. You may be clear on what that change is and want some support to help you achieve it or you might be unsure but know that change is needed. Either way, I believe that you are the expert in your own life, no one else is. Sometimes however, it can help to have someone by your side on the journey, to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. That is where I can help.
How can coaching help?
Coaching offers you a safe space in which to to be heard. I will listen in a non-judgemental way, in a supportive and confidential environment. Often just the space to talk through an issue, can help provide greater clarity on the way forward.

Together we will explore your current situation and identify what you would like instead. This could be tackling a 'right here, right now' issue or gaining greater clarity on a longer term dream or goal. Together we will discover a range of ideas that can help you move forward and the ones that will have the biggest potential impact for you.

The real difference that will make a difference is your commitment to taking action. Having identified the things you feel are going to help you achieve your goals, I will help you make a plan to create the positive change in your life that you are looking for. As your coach I will inspire and motivate you as you progress along on your journey.

I have over 30 years experience of coaching and mentoring people. My journey started as a sports coach, which ignited my passion for helping people achieve their potential. Over the last 10 years, I have supported many people to make positive changes in their work and personal lives. Following a successful relationship management career in sport and coaching, some key life events led me to re-evaluate what I wanted the future to look like. I understand how unsettling change can be but also the opportunity it presents to take stock, evaluate your priorities and create the life that you want. Helping people and making a difference is what really makes me tick. With this clarity of purpose I am now coaching full-time, with a focus on enhancing personal wellbeing and helping people lead happier and healthier lives through affordable coaching. I really hope we get the chance to work together.
