I am passionate about inspiring individuals to reach their potential. As a coach I specialise in executive and leadership coaching, and personal development. I have worked as a leadership trainer and coach at board level for over 10 years, developing leaders of all levels to reach their personal and organisational goals, and currently work as a coach, mentor and facilitator through my company Successful Training.
As a coach I work with both teams and individuals to help them set and achieve their personal and organisational goals within a business context. I offer a supportive environment where clients can identify their own solutions to issues, enabling them to be more effective and develop personally, as well as deliver better results within their work.
I specialise in leadership and executive coaching, personal transition and change coaching, organisational development and change facilitation, performance management, communication and influence, motivation, leadership and management skills programmes, business coaching, strategy facilitation, career development & mentoring, and coaching and mentoring skills.
I have a flexible and robust coaching style and believe in supporting and challenging you to exceed your goals and reach your potential. I utilise a variety of tools and proven techniques to enable clients to work through any limiting beliefs and obstacles to ultimately achieve their objectives.
My focus is on your development and I use simple theoretical frameworks that enhance understanding. I am pragmatic and results orientated and help you understand your strengths, your impact on others, and how you can use this information within your everyday working lives.
Once you have made contact I will:
Explain what coaching is, how it could work for you and the potential benefits to you and your organisation
Outline my style of coaching and my values
Agree the mix of coaching sessions (face to face, skype, telephone), and the time line for your coaching – typically 4-6 sessions, but more may be needed depending on your focus.
Together, we will then plan our first session and clarify your coaching needs.At this we will get to know each other to ensure we are compatible to work together; I will explain my role and confidentiality within coaching, and we will begin coaching and map out future sessions and support.I will regularly seek feedback from you, and make adjustments as guided by you.Towards the end of the programme we will review overall progress, successes and any outstanding steps still to be taken

Fees and Coaching Packages
My fees are based around a series of 90 minute sessions, and these can be purchased individually or as package.I offer a 30 minute complimentary consultation before you book your first session, and offer email and text support between sessions as agreed.
Most of my clients book 6 x 1 hour or 6 x 90 minute sessions. Often they book 3 and then continue for another 3 sessions. I also offer the following packages for those of you who are new to coaching, as these can then be extended into a longer coaching relationship as needed, depending on your goals,
Executive Coaching package
6 hours of coaching plus complimentary consultation session. A DiSC Work of Leaders psychometric profile report is also included. These sessions can be face to face, by phone or skype.
Personal Development Coaching package
6 hours of coaching, plus complimentary consultation session. A DiSC psychometric profile report is also included. These sessions can be face to face, by phone or skype.
Career Coaching Package
6 hours of coaching, plus complimentary consultation session. A Strengthscope psychometric profile report is also included. These sessions can be face to face, by phone or skype.
