I am an executive coach who works with individuals and teams to increase their leadership agility and deliver high performance. I am passionate about helping people through coaching, mentoring and training and I offer a supportive environment where clients can identify their own solutions to issues. This enables them to be more effective and develop personally, as well as deliver better results within their work.
I specialise in executive and leadership coaching, and personal development. With over 15 years’ experience in HR and training, and 18 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, I have worked with large PLCs and SMEs in a variety of sectors to coach and develop performance. I work with leaders, business owners and individuals who are looking to develop skills to help them in their work and career and also those who are looking for a new direction. I also work with executive teams to define strategic direction and enhance team performance and am currently studying to be a coach supervisor.
I have a flexible and robust coaching style. I work with my clients as a facilitator, raising self-awareness through conversation, challenge and encouraging self reflection. I utilise a variety of tools and proven techniques to enable clients to work through any limiting beliefs and obstacles to ultimately achieve their objectives. These are tailored to the individuals needs, rather than applying a blanket approach to everyone. I am pragmatic and results orientated and help you understand your strengths, your impact on others, and how you can use this information within your everyday working lives.

My fees are based around a series of 90 minute sessions, and these can be purchased individually or as package.I offer a 30 minute complimentary consultation before or as part of your first session, and offer email and text support between sessions as agreed.
Executive Coaching package
9 hours of coaching plus complimentary consultation session. A DiSC Work of Leaders psychometric profile report is also included. These sessions can be face to face, by phone or skype.
Personal Development Coaching package
6 hours of coaching, plus complimentary consultation session. A DiSC psychometric profile report is also included. These sessions can be face to face, by phone or skype.
Career Coaching Package
6 hours of coaching, plus complimentary consultation session. A Strengthscope psychometric profile report is also included. These sessions can be face to face, by phone or skype.
