Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am a Teaching & Supervising Transactional Analyst (with Organisational & Psychotherapy specialties). I have a Masters degree in Transactional Analysis as well as being a Certified Transactional Analyst in the aforementioned fields. I am also a Fellow of the Institute of Teaching & Occupational Learning (FITOL) and an Accredited Member of the Association for Coaching.

I have been freelance since 1990 and have coached a range of people in top positions both nationally and internationally. As a registered UKCP psychotherapist I understand the boundaries between therapy and coaching and will honour these and contract clearly with you for your change and development.

I supervise other coaches and train and supervise trainers and supervisors worldwide. I have recently co-authored a book entitled Working Together, Organizational Transactional Analysis and Business Performance, published by Gower in July. I am often called to be a keynote speaker/presenter at conferences and have travelled worldwide to do this. Mountain Associates work for large organizations as well as facilitate open workshops on a range of topics.
