Career Coach - Angie Fresch
As a career coach, I work with professionals in their 30s and 40s to reinvent their careers into something that they love, that also fits with the rest of the important things in their lives.
I love to work with clients who are motivated to go after what they really want for themselves in life, and who are also at the right place in their lives to make lasting changes. It does not happen overnight… it’s a process, and I value every opportunity I have to support a client in moving forward in life. I do enjoy bringing some lightness and fun to coaching sessions and enjoy working with people who like to laugh.
I believe in the power of coaching to support individuals and groups in achieving more than they would on their own. My coaching clients say the benefit to them is greater clarity around their goals, as well as the confidence to move forward with the best actions to achieve those goals. Across my career, I have always been most passionate when supporting the development of others and enabling their success.
Personally, I can relate to the demands of balancing work and personal life, as a parent myself. I have two delightful and, at times, challenging, little boys. I particularly enjoy supporting clients to achieve their professional goals whilst maintaining the balance they desire with the rest of the important aspects of their lives.
Training, qualifications & experience
I value learning and growth; in addition to a professional coaching certificate from CoachU and being a licensed Firework Career Coach, I also hold an MBA from Cornell University and a BA in Business Psychology from Miami University.
My professional background is as an experienced marketing and sales professional with a record of delivering results through team collaboration and consumer / client focus. With over 15 years’ business experience at organisations including Procter & Gamble, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Honeywell, I understand the pressures of delivering results in a corporate environment. I also have experience starting a music education company.
I have experienced significant career transitions myself, and so can relate well to my clients facing career change.
Areas of coaching I deal with
Other areas of coaching I deal with
I always offer a complimentary initial consultation, so that I can understand better your situation, what you would like to change, and assess whether coaching is actually the right fit for you. Additionally, you can get to know me and get a sense of my coaching style and what I offer.
If the fit is right, then depending on your situation and what you want to achieve, we might work with a 6 session, 9 session or 12 session coaching package, which we can discuss in further detail.
I am based near Godalming, so have clients with whom I meet face-to-face from surrounding areas such as Guildford, Haslemere, Hindhead, and Farnham.
I also work with clients remotely via telephone or Skype. The closest client I connect with via Skype lives in London, and the furthest one is in Singapore, so geography is not an issue.
