I'm crazy about you loving what you do for a living, and making a living doing what you love.
Because I absolutely believe we all have a right - in fact a duty - to love our work, because I have literally thousands of hours experience, both in corporates and in small businesses, and because I've set up and run my own businesses, that means my clients not only get the results you truly deserve, they also love the process of getting them. I do my best work with people in their late 30's to early 50's, but that doesn't mean I won't work with you if you're younger or older than that - it's all about the energy and spirit, so please do get in touch if this is resonating with you so far!

I firmly believe we all deserve to love what we do for a living. And to make a living doing what we love. My own Core Process is "Encouraging Potential" and I am the author of "The A to Z of Loving Work".
I use a number of coaching modalities, techniques and tools to help clients, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Conversational Hypnosis, Core Process, Talent Dynamics, and a tool I developed myself, Opportunity Matrix™. Which tool gets used will depend on what you need, and we discuss and decide that in the initial 'Genius Strategy' consultation.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Master Results Coach and Performance Consultant. I also hold certificates in Existential Coaching, Advanced Neurological Repatterning and Conversational (Ericksonian) Hypnosis.
In addition I trained with Nick Heap to deliver Core Process, a wonderful way of understanding the reason you are on the planet, which I have developed into the Core Being programme to uncover the essence of you at your very best.
In practice I have been coaching for years, within a work setting. With my background in Key Account Management in the DIY sector, I often helped my colleagues and managers deal with complex issues in their everyday work and personal situations.
From a business perspective, I earned my MBA with the Open University in 2002, and keep myself updated on the latest trends in business and success thinking.
I also keep myself constantly up to date with the latest in the fields of personal development, coaching, and neuroscience as it applies to helping people make changes in their life and work. I find that when clients understand both the spiritual/energetic influences on how they operate in the world and the science behind it, they are more easily able to achieve the changes they desire.

Every client starts with a Genius Strategy session where we identify on your biggest challenges that are getting in the way of you doing your work and living your life from that place of complete ease, flow and joyfulness .
I then have a number of planned programmes over 1 to 12 months ranging from £297 to £4950, and a monthly ongoing programme starting at £150 per month.

Further information
I'm based near the centre of the beautiful city of Worcester, so am very accessible for the Midlands, and it's only a couple of hours by train from Paddington. I also have regular client trips to the capital so London meetings are also possible.
Having said that, I find that for many people, the convenience and privacy of working online via Zoom means they can be more relaxed, more open and therefore achieve greater transformation.
The choice is yours.
