Alison is passionate about helping and inspiring others to get the best from life by using life coaching and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques.
With a Masters in Personnel and Development, Alison has enjoyed an extensive career in human resources, working in an advisory capacity for South Devon NHS, Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service, as well as for private and corporate clients across the South West.
A qualified and accredited Life Coach, Alison utilises a combination of coaching, NLP and Human Resource techniques to empower and support her clients in recognising and achieving their personal and professional goals.
Alison has spent time living, working and volunteering abroad. Travel and life changing experiences through her work and time spent in South-East Asia, New Zealand and the USA, have inspired Alison to help and encourage others to fulfill their lifetime ambitions.
A skilled musician, Alison currently lives in the South West of England where she continues to expand her coaching practice.
