I'm passionate about working with people through transitions in their life and career. Working as a coach for over 10 years I bring with me variety of skills, methods and tools to help you get the most from your sessions. A solutions focused coach, master practitioner in NLP, qualified in using psychometric and career tools and trained with Richard Bolles Author of 'What Color is Your Parachute'.

I'm used to working with both individuals and teams and work both privately and for corporate clients. What sort of areas do I help clients with? Those with challenges in their lives and careers, entrepreneurs wanting to make something happen, those wanting to improve their performance and results, people wanting to build their resilience and confidence, individuals and teams dealing with change - these are all areas that I've worked on regularly with clients.
