For the past thirty years I have been fine tuning and honing my coaching and business acumen in a variety of small and medium sized business settings. A solution focused approach and flexible mind set, together with strong organisational, presentation and logistical skills have provided the keys to successfully setting up and running several businesses alongside managing a busy family and home life. In 2010 I took professional NLP coaching training to facilitate turning, what had always been, a passion into a new career. An instinctive coach, counsellor, advisor and mentor to friends, colleagues, business partners and associates over the years it was a natural and obvious step for me to utilise my skill set to set up my own motivational coaching business. Nicknamed the “coaching super nanny”, I have specialised in helping principally women survive and thrive in both their business and personal life. |
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I have successfully completed an International Teaching Seminars (ITS) Certified NLP Practitioner Coaching Course as taught by Ian McDermott. I chose this course for its superb reputation for training Practitioners with unusually high skill levels. The ITS NLP Practitioner Programme is part of the Henley Business School and the University of Reading MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change.
The combination of top NLP training and my own, very personal "University of Life" qualifications give me a unique ability to help others. From busy parents, who are paying the price of too much juggling, to professionals faced with work-related issues - my training and experience has equipped me to provide the tools, help and support needed for clients to make life enhancing changes.
I constantly seek to further extend my ongoing personal professional development by networking with fellow coaches, attending workshops, seminars and training programmes.
I am an Associate Member of the Association for Coaches.
Membership is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to high levels of coaching standards and excellence within the coaching profession.
The Association for Coaches is the leading independent professional body for coaches and exists to promote best practice, and raise awareness and standards across the coaching industry.
