I have provided corporate training in Leadership Development, Career Counselling and Communication Skills over the past 15 years. I have worked with companies like Smiths Industries, General Electric (GE) and Activate Enterprise delivering the graduate leadership development programmes and helping to facilitate the Senior Management Team's strategic planning sessions.

I worked in London for 16 years and have coached clients from Goldman Sachs, PWC, Hogan Lovells, Citibank to name but a few. Whatever you want to achieve I can help you to create strategies that will help you to reach your chosen outcomes.

I have a passion for the outdoors and as such I am a qualified Mountain Leader and Climbing Wall Instructor. I enjoy taking my clients walking and climbing so that they can experience simple joys in life and help them gain motivation and confidence through other mediums. The qualifications I hold are:

1. Introductory Health & Wellbeing Coaching Clinic   -   £95

This is a 60mins consultation where we look at your current health and work practise and develop a strategy to help you to become healthier, have more energy and be more productive at work.

2. Health & Wellbeing Seminar   -   £99 per person

We will identify the reasons why you are struggling to be healthy, productive and don’t exercise regularly. We will then develop effective strategies around your lifestyle that will get you back to being energised and motivated.

3. Health & Wellbeing Workshop   -   £195 per person

This is a one day workshop. We will give you the tools to take back control of your life so you can be healthier and more productive at work. We will take some well-being measurements including blood pressure and baseline blood values to get to grips with your health status. From there we can develop an action plan to get you back to feeling fit, energised and motivated.

4. Health & Wellbeing Coaching Sessions – 90mins   £175 per person

These sessions are for clients who wish to do some well-being business coaching on an ad hoc basis. They can be taken at any intervals of your choosing. We will ensure that you stay fit, healthy, focused and productive at work.

5. 3-Month Package - £450 per month

For something to become a habit it takes 2 to 3 months of regular practise. This package is designed to support you in becoming more healthy and effective at work. We will start with blood profiling to obtain baseline measures of glucose, cholesterol, kidney and liver function. It also consists of 3 hours of coaching sessions a month done using Skype/FaceTime (or phone if that suits you better) at a time that is convenient to you making the process extremely effective. During the 3-months you will also receive an exercise programme, a diet plan and a complimentary day of a supervised boot camp, or a supervised indoor climbing session or a guided hill-walking day so that you have an adventure and you get to realise the progress you have made.

6. Outcome Based Well-Being Package - £8,000 for 6 months or £12,000 for 12 months.

These options are only for someone who is willing to make a total commitment to their health and well-being. This is the ultimate package for you and you are guaranteed our total commitment throughout the whole process. You will be guided, supervised and directed in a way that you not only get the impulse to get you going but you also have the support to maintain the momentum. Blood testing, motivational profiling and lifestyle analysis are all part of the process and provide us with a baseline to start from. A plan is created and we will work hand in hand on a daily basis to make sure that you achieve the outcome you want. From more energy to a happier and more productive lifestyle, we can help you achieve those. It just requires some hard work, focused effort and the gudiance to achieve it.

I also provide blood profile health testing to get an idea of where you are health wise before we start. This means that the changes you make are incredibly effective. If you have a change in your physiology the change in your mindset will be much more powerful.

Sessions can be done, face-to-face, on the phone or via Skype/FaceTime. I ensure that I am available to support my clients 24/7 as it is this support that separates me from the other coaches. This constant support and convenient methods of meeting ensures the success of the outcomes you want.
