Coaching is considered by many as the most effective way to help people to develop and improve their performance in both their working and personal lives. There is a significant amount of evidence to support the benefits of coaching such as leadership skills, time-management, productivity and clarity of direction through effective problem solving. In addition, my approach focuses on the individual's wellbeing because this increases energy levels and with it motivation. This in turn reduces stress, enhances happiness and improves performance. Many struggle to balance their work and personal lives and as a result their own health suffers. I'm here to help you get the balance back, feel fitter, healthier and be more productive and happier.
One to one coaching sessions will help you to see things in a different light and from a different perspective. You will be able to get to grips with strategies that feel like they are the right thing for you to do and you will start to feel happier and have more energy. Understanding what you want to achieve and being productive are just a few ways of reducing the constant stress you feel and coaching sessions are incredibly effective at achieving this.
Coaching sessions are generally 60-90mins in duration and can be done over Skype/FaceTime, phone or in person. For long term change I offer a selection of different programmes which focus on your outcome rather than a number of contact hours.

I have spent over 20 years working predominantly with clients on a one to one basis helping them to achieve their goals and turn their lives around. I absolutely love my job because I love to help people and I truly love seeing the changes my clients make.
For 16 years I worked in London as a personal trainer and it was during this time that I realised that it everyone had problems they struggled to solve. The exercise was just a way of helping them to clear their minds, get motivated again and come back focused. I decided that I could help more people through coaching so I completed my NLP courses and my business was born. Whatever you want to achieve I can help you to create strategies that will help you to reach your chosen outcomes.
So whether your problems come from business or from home I can help you to solve them and get you back on track to being as successful as you imagined yourself to be 15-20 years ago.

I have a passion for the outdoors and as such I am a qualified Mountain Leader and Climbing Wall Instructor. I enjoy taking my clients walking and climbing so that they can experience simple joys in life and help them gain motivation and confidence through other mediums. The qualifications I hold are:
- Mountain Leader (Summer)
- Climbing Wall Award (CWA)
- HSE First Aid in the Work Place
I also work with sports people to improve their sports performance and have over 10 years of experience working with professional footballers.
I offer a number of different programmes and each one is developed based on the needs of the person I am working with. For example, I work with some of my clients only once a month and as such they pay per session but the majority of my clients work with me on an ongoing basis because they need, or want, more support and as such they pay a monthly fee. Longer programmes benefit from discounted rates with annual programmes enjoying a 25% reduced rate on the 1 month programme.
All programmes include:
- Induction pack - this is where I find out all about you, your problems, your goals and how I can help you.
- Ongoing support - access via email and phone for any urgent questions or support you need to continue your work before the next session.
- 2 hour kick start session - this is where we identify where you want to go, where you currently are and start to put the steps into place to help you get there.
- 1 hour progress meetings - each week we will meet to review your progress, the work you have done and identify the next steps for your progress.
- Closing session and action planning for your future.

1-Month Introductory Programme
This is a turbo boost package for those who want to kick start their lives and/or business again and find the motivation they need to do that.
Obviously, things can take time to change and this programme is designed to support you to make that change over a longer period of time. When you find yourself getting bogged down with work or family life I can be there to help you to stay on track, develop and remain focused on what is important to you and what you want to achieve.
How easy do you find it to start something but then struggle to keep it going or maintain any consistency? This programme is designed to give you the start you need but also to support you so that you keep it going and achieve the consistency needed to succeed. Sometimes a size 9 is needed to create the impulse you need to get the momentum. I am here to provide support but also that size 9 at times to keep your motivation up.
I also provide single sessions and these are 90mins in duration.

All payments can be made through our safe and secure provider Go Cardless or by Standing Order.
Most of our sessions will be conducted through Skype or FaceTime. This means that they can be done at a time and place that is convenient to you. I do feel that it is beneficial to meet face to face occasionally on the longer programmes and these sessions can sometime help to develop a much better understanding of each other.
