I have provided corporate training in Leadership Development, Career Counselling and Communication Skills over the past 15 years. I have worked with companies like Smiths Industries, General Electric (GE) and Activate Enterprise delivering the graduate leadership development programmes and helping to facilitate the Senior Management Team's strategic planning sessions.
I worked in London for 16 years and have coached clients from Goldman Sachs, PWC, Hogan Lovells, Citibank to name but a few. Whatever you want to achieve I can help you to create strategies that will help you to reach your chosen outcomes.

I have a passion for the outdoors and as such I am a qualified Mountain Leader and Climbing Wall Instructor. I enjoy taking my clients walking and climbing so that they can experience simple joys in life and help them gain motivation and confidence through other mediums. The qualifications I hold are:

1. Fit 4 Business Introductory Well-Being Clinic – 60mins £60
This is a 60mins consultation where we look at your current health and work practise and develop a strategy to help you to become healthier, have more energy and be more productive at work.
2. Fit 4 Business Seminar - 3 hours £75 per person
We will identify the reasons why you are struggling to be healthy, productive and don’t exercise regularly. We will then develop effective strategies around your lifestyle that will get you back to being energised and motivated.
3. Fit 4 Business Workshop – 1 day £145 per person
We will give you the tools to take back control of your life so you can be healthier and more productive at work. We will take some well-being measurements including blood pressure and baseline blood values to get to grips with your health status. From there we can develop an action plan to get you back to feeling fit, energised and motivated.
4. Fit 4 Business Coaching Sessions – 90mins £150 per person
These sessions are for on going Well-Being Business Coaching and can be taken at any intervals of your choosing. We will ensure that you stay fit, healthy, focused and productive at work.
5. Fit 4 Business 3-Month Well-Being Package - £395 per month
For something to become a habit it takes 2 to 3 months of regular practise. This package is designed to support you in becoming more healthy and effective at work. We will start with blood profiling to obtain baseline measures of glucose, cholesterol, kidney and liver function. It also consists of 3 hours of coaching session a month done using Skype/FaceTime at a time that is convenient to you making the process extremely effective. During the 3-months you will also receive an exercise programme, a diet plan and a complimentary day of a supervised boot camp, or a supervised indoor climbing session or a guided hill-walking day so that you have an adventure and you get to realise the progress you have made.
I also provide blood profile health testing to get an idea of where you are health wise before we start. This means that the changes you make are incredibly effective. If you have a change in your physiology the change in your mindset will be much more powerful.
The majority of the sessions I do are through Skype/FaceTime with the occasional face to face meeting. This means that I can be incredibly flexible and fit in with your life and make the coaching as convenient for you as possible.
