Lousy question, lousy answer

Ask a lousy question and your brain will give you a lousy answer. Why can't I lose weight? Because diets never work. Why can't I  be successful? Because I always fails. Why does this always happen to me? Because I'm afraid.

Your brain, this wonderful computer will find the answer to the questions you ask it, so make sure you ask it the right questions,  as the brain is primed to find the answers. Ask it a negative question it will come up with a negative answer.  Ask your brain an enquiring question it will go away and search for different answers and will continue to do so even when you are not consciously thinking about it.

Just think about it.  How many times have you had that light bulb moment? That ahh moment. You are just relaxing or drifting off and the answer to a problem, that solution just comes to mind. With at times no apparently prompting from you. The answer or answers that you have been searching for!

So instead of asking you brain why you can't do something, ask it how you can.  Then when it comes up with the answer act upon it, as without action nothing will change. As only action will move you forward to where you want to go. To achieve your goals and dreams in life.

“Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.” Tony Robbins
