Our well-being retreat offers you a unique blend of yoga, walking and NLP coaching, all set in a beautiful, remote Scottish Highlands location.
Our aim is to provide an inclusive, caring and respectful environment, with the opportunity to rejuvenate, nurture yourself and improve your overall well-being. This is supported by daily yoga sessions, walks outdoors amongst some inspiring scenery and a chance to explore what really matters to you through some guided coaching activities.
Activities will be tailored to suit all levels and are designed to enhance your physical and emotional well-being. All of our activities are optional.
About the host
I am outdoor life coach with a passion to share my love of the mountains, nature and the outdoors with as many people as possible. I am a fully qualified mountain leader and first aider and a qualified coach, specialising in NLP.
The retreat is co-hosted by Lindsey Porter, a qualified Hatha yoga instructor and NLP practitioner.
