If you find that stress is impacting on your health and well-being, this coaching program is for you. This coaching program can take you from stressed and struggling, to calm and in control.
In addition to a downloadable stress management workbook, you will receive individual coaching from me throughout the program, based on the exercises you complete in your workbook.

- Learn tools and resources to manage stress and regain control.
- Identify your best way to stay calm and manage stress.
- Create your personal stress-busting plan.
The entire program will be sent to you as a PDF so you can work at your own pace and submit each module to me for personal feedback and coaching. As with all my clients, you can email me at any time during the program if you need to. The workbook is yours to keep and you can access the personal feedback and coaching for up to 6 months.
