This is a 10 week programme designed to help you learn to relax for improved health and well being, managing stress and a calm mind.
10-11am weekly from Thursday 11 September - Thursday 13 November 2014
Each session will include a mix of relaxation, mindfulness and meditation techniques which can positively impact all areas of you life; health, work and relationships.
Join the whole programme or just come to one or a few sessions.
