At the Kick Start Coaching Group you will learn and develop new ways of thinking and behaving. Attending the group will help you move forward and overcome the personal difficulties you are facing. Kick Start Coaching Group is a weekly meet up where you will learn from and support each other while being supervised and supported by a professional Life Development Coach. This group is very helpful for people who, due to personal, health or circumstantial reasons feel in need of support and want to gain a sense on belonging.

What will I learn at Kick Start?

  • How to understand your negative thoughts.
  • Find new helpful ways of thinking that help move you forward in life
  • Understand how negative behaviors might be holding you back.
  • How to find and try out more helpful behaviors
  • Learn how to better manage your individual situation.
  • Work on areas or issues that are personal to you.
  • Gain self awareness and confidence
  • Learn to accept and like who you are.

This group will help you if you need support due to: stress depression anxiety feeling alone lack of confidence caring for someone with a mental or physical health difficulty

Where and When is it? PACE, New Springs Centre, 2A Granby St, Loughborough. Every Wednesday Morning 10-12.30 pm from the 7th September Price Come along and try the first session for Free The group is then £10 a week Depending on your situation you maybe able to access a personal care budget to fund this service.
