Children experience anger and frustration and we can often be at a loss as to how to help. Do we fix things, rescue, order a 'time-out', ignore it or address it?
Advice can be confusing and then what works for one child doesn't work for another.
This will be a friendly chat around the aga at my house where I can share some of the insight I've gained from working with children over the years as a children's therapist.
There will be plenty of opportunity to try out techniques and ask questions.
