- Find an event in your area
Children have a natural inbuilt response to threat - fight, flight or freeze.
Anger is the fight response taken to extremes.
Anxiety is the flight response taken to extremes.
- Learn how to help them freeze so they can process what's happening and make good choices.
- Learn some mindfulness techniques.
- Learn how to anchor.
This session will be interactive and I will share techniques with you such as 'the drama triangle' which will be very useful for those sibling rivalry moments.
