Appointments are from 8.00am to 8.00pm (GMT) on Skype.

For the telephone option, you call at the appointed time (see additional instructions).

Please offer three times in at least two of these bands: 08.00-11.30am; 12.00-3.30pm, 4.00-7.30pm.

Time slots are on the hour and half past the hour and last 20 minutes.

One session per person.
