Solution focused life coach and author Dr Gary Wood is offering free speed coaching sessions (on Skype) to help you to refocus your goals.

Gary is the author of Unlock Your Confidence in which he blends solution focused coaching techniques with social psychology, to produce a unique and highly effective coaching approach. You'll be surprised at how much can be achieved in such a short space of time.

Appointments are from 8:00am to 8.00pm (BST) on Skype.
Please offer three times in at least two of these bands:
- 08:00 to 11:30
- 12:00-15:30

Time slots are on the hour and half past the hour and last 20 minutes.
One session per person.
