This is a FREE of charge 'taster' session for Life Club Durham.  The focus of this session is around setting the goals that will really help you fulfill your dreams.  A variety of engaging activities will get you creating meaningful goals and planning positive actions to enable you to reach them.

It is also an opportunity to meet your Life Club host, Olwyn Rowlands and find out a bit more about Life Clubs.  Life Clubs offer weekly 90-minutes self development workshops in a friendly and supportive, small group setting.

Times
Please arrive for 5.45 pm for a 6 pm prompt start.  The taster will last approximately 45 mnutes with time after that to meet your host and find out more about Life Clubs.

Directions

By Car:
A1 (J63),
then A167 to Durham
Over 5 roundabouts and turn left at 6th roundabout.
Turn right after 200 yards on Rotary Way.
Next to the Durham North Premier Inn.

By Bus:
From Durham City Centre (Millburn Gate and Gala Theatre, Clay Path) buses 63 and 64 run approximately every 10 minutes to the Arnison Centre.

From: South Shields, Boldon, Washington and Chester-le-Street buses 50 and 50A run every 30 minutes.
