The Walking Coach ~ Coaching by Nature along the Menai Straits.

It is increasingly recognised that walking in the great outdoors boosts your wellbeing and both your physical and mental health. Research shows that walking by water in woodlands can:
- reduce your blood pressure
- boost your immune system
- open up your mind, creativity and problem solving skills.
The Walking Coach programme, based in Snowdonia, utilises the natural environment to create guided coaching walks alongside the Menai Straits in ancient woodland. We will observe, listen to and learn from the natural landscape, using Mindfulness, NLP and Guided Imagery techniques that boost your creativity and opening up your thinking.
The Walking Coach provides breathing space for you to gain insight and understanding and mobilise your resources to develop options and solutions.
The Walking Coach Programme has been developed by Sea-Change Coaching building on Kim's experience not only as a NLP Transformational Coach, but also as a public health, nutrition and wellbeing specialist. The programme starts from Sea-Change Living and lasts for half a day and is available individually or in small groups. Why not make a weekend of it and stay with us too!
