I particularly like the bit at the end about delegating work and making sure everyone helps out. It occured to me as I was reading it that this time of year it might actually be alright to allow your guests to clear the table, help load the dishwasher and set up the party food (all things that traditionally we say “Oh no, you go and sit down” to)
