Asses your inner, outer and overall sense of purpose

Living with purpose and meaning gives your life a greater sense of achievement, however sometimes we loose sight of what it is we really want and end up wandering somewhere off the beaten track. It can sometimes be difficult to objectively assess the different areas of your life and pin point the ones in which you feel you don’t have a purpose.

In order to help you do this, embody have posted a quick two minute test to help you identify whether or not you feel you have found your purpose. You will be asked a number of different questions to which you will answer through the form of a scale. The idea of the survey is to help you identify the areas you need to work on.

When people start to think their life lacks purpose the first thing they look at is their outer circumstances such as job satisfaction, relationships and social life. Obviously these are key factors in purpose and happiness but it is also essential that inner meaning is considered, such as ‘how do I fit into the bigger picture’ questions. Inner and outer purpose are of course linked but it is easier to find outer purpose once inner purpose and meaning have been found.
