Company using life-coaching to help youths into employment receive national recognition.

Stoke based company PM Training have just received national recognition after launching a company that provide tailor-made training and life-coaching programmes to help youths into employment, reports 24dash.com.

PM Training received the honour from Social Enterprise West Midlands (SEWM) which is awarded the prestigious place on a regional programme recognising inspirational enterprises.

PM Training help those with little or no qualifications into employment through alternative routes. This is achieved through specialist training programmes and life-coaching and they have so far assisted more than 9,000 individuals into sustainable jobs, apprentiships and NVQ training.

The organisation has major contracts with the Learning and Skills Council and provides training in a variety of subjects ranging from basic numeracy and literacy to NVQ management programmes. All courses are delivered by highly qualified and experienced staff in state-of-the-art facilities.
