Life coach writes about the opportunities of being single

Despite the fact that there are more people living alone now than ever before, and the divorce rate constantly increasing, attitudes to being single have changed fairly little, with most people still believing that marriage is the ‘end goal’ for everyone, and that having a partner is the only way to be happy.

The article discusses how the author used therapy to overcome her own problems, including divorce and being a singly parents, and becoming a life coach to help others.

Accepting being alone as an opportunity rather than a negative thing is key. Having freedom and no commitments means there is the potential to do anything, it simply takes motivation.
