Life coach launches new informal life coaching group

A former television life coach is setting up a new lifestyle club exclusively for women, reports the Scotsman website.

Dawn Breslin, who use to be the resident life coach on GMTV, is pioneering ‘Consciously Female’. It will consist of social, informal meetings where women can discuss their relationships, career, and self-esteem. They will be encouraged to use life coaching techniques such as setting goals and taking part in workshops. The meetings will be held in eight week blocks, meaning that goals can be achieved and participants will see results.

Ms Breslin will be giving an introductory talk at the sessions, and hopes that they will eventually go nationwide. She is holding the first group in Newhaven, Scotland.
