Company uses life coaching to provide better client service
A Surrey based firm are incorporating life coaching as part of an overhaul of the services they offer their clients, reports City Wire.
MDM Associates will be using life coaching ideas and techniques from Nancy Kline and and motivational speaker Eckhart Tolle to help them focus more on their clients’ needs and offer a more bespoke service.
Lisanne Mealing, Managing Directory said: “We have a new client service proposition. Basically we have three levels of service. On our top level we are much more client focused with a bespoke offering.
“It is much more focused on lifestyle and what [clients] need. It is a much more personal service.”
