Optimism is the best way of beating the recession
Unemployment has topped 2 million this week, this highest for 12 years, an article over at The Telegraph is trying to put an optimistic spin on the current economic climate.
with levels of anxiety and stress on the rise for many, even dentists have reported they’re seeing more people suffering problems from grinding their teeth at night. There is also expected to be a rise in physical ailments such as headaches and insomnia.
Written by Dr Peter Collett, a psychologist, the article calls for the public to develop a tougher emotional resilience, and have a more positive attitude to life to help overcome the problems caused by the recession.
He highlights the importance of having a close-knit family and strong circle of friends, as well as looking after ourselves mentally and physically.

That’s a great advice to overcome the problems caused by recession, and I have to agree that positive thinking has a great power.

As a life coach this is one of those things I constantly preach to my clients. We can overcome any obstacle with a positive attitude.
